The Central Grizzlies Were Amazing In their state playoff matchup vs. St Ignatius. The Grizzlies star athlete Brandon Smith Had possibly the best single game performance of any player all season. Scoring 5 total touchdowns, one which came from a forced fumble he caused which led to a scoop and score by him. That one play alone shows the elite athleticism IQ and situational awareness he posses. He will play on saturdays. The grizzlies led by Coach Biggs are 12-2 on the season heading into the state championship Game. There only 2 losses coming from Clovis East and Clovis North who they later defeated to avenge those losses. Biggs and the entire coaching staff made the necessary adjustments and the grizzlies look prime and ready to compete for a state title. ______ Tony

Coalinga finishes the regular season Undefeated at 14-0. They bring home the Valley Title. History was made Tonight. Noah Tasi and Dylan Teixeira were locked in against shafter. Determined to Win they battled to the very end. Shafter is no slouch. They came to compete and compete they did. Congrats to the Coalinga football team.
